We are seeking an individual as a site supervisor who will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily activities on construction or project sites. Your role will involve supervising workers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project schedules. You will act as the primary point of contact between the project management team and on-site personnel, ensuring that projects progress according to plan.
1. Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
2. Monitor the quality of work performed, ensuring that it meets project standards and specifications. Address any issues or discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed.
3. Co-ordinate daily activities, manage work schedules, and ensure that materials and equipment are available as needed. Communicate with project managers to update them on progress and any issues.
4. Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress reports. Ensure that all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site supervision or a similar role within the construction or related industry. Proven track record of managing construction sites effectively.
3. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
4. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
